Honored to speak at the National Seminar titled “Gen Z & Artificial Intelligence: Maximizing Productivity and Creativity with AI”, organized by the Student Association of the Information Systems Study Program at STMIK Widya Utama Purwokerto. The session explored how Artificial Intelligence can be utilized responsibly to enhance productivity, creativity, and readiness for the rapidly evolving digital workplace. The discussion highlighted the importance of understanding AI beyond its growing popularity, using it to support learning and professional activities, generate innovative ideas, and strengthen critical thinking skills. Participants were encouraged to develop relevant competencies and embrace AI as a tool for innovation rather than becoming overly dependent on technology. The session concluded by emphasizing that AI is not a replacement for human creativity, but a powerful tool that can empower the younger generation to create meaningful solutions and make a positive contribution to society.
